Refund Policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your tiles must be in the same condition that you received them: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@tileshopper.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or special-order tiles

Clearance or final-sale items

Opened boxes, cut tiles, or partially used products

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your existing item (once approved) and then place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
