We do not offer a return policy. Our products are sold exclusively to business customers, and consumer return or withdrawal rights do not apply. As these transactions are business-to-business, refunds are not possible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Our items cannot be returned, including:
• Custom or special-order tiles
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Opened boxes, cut tiles, or partially used products

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. We do not accept returns, and replacement items can only be purchased by placing a new order.
