Orders confirmed on weekdays before 17:00 will be processed the same day whenever possible. However, as tiles are subject to stock availability and logistics scheduling, delivery times may vary slightly. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided to you when we send your quotation. If for any reason we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order (m²), weight, and delivery location. These charges will be clearly included in your quotation.

For large or bulk projects, discounted or special delivery rates may apply.

Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners. Generally, deliveries take place within 3–7 working days after confirmation, between 9:00 and 18:00. Please note that while we do our best to meet delivery windows, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
